The Daily, a quick service restaurant in Florida, had a unique menu. Every day, a newspaper menu was printed with hundreds of items, which can be a hindrance for restaurant point of sale systems. This case study was shot, edited, and produced by me to show how Toast handles such an extreme menu, while still providing benefits to the company overall.
